988 National Suicide Prevention Lifeline
At the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services, I led the creative direction for Nebraska’s launch of the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline. Collaborating with national and state behavioral health teams, I developed clear, accessible messaging to guide the public through this significant transition from a 1-800 number to a three-digit lifeline. The work included bilingual print and digital materials, a walk-through video to help people know what to expect when calling, and a suite of resources for professionals and the public.
