At the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services, I worked across five divisions to design bilingual communications that centered clarity, urgency, and care. I partnered with epidemiologists, Medicaid teams, and program leaders to turn complex public health information into accessible visuals and messaging, often under tight deadlines. I also collaborated with public information officers to collect and uplift stories from the state, helping residents see themselves reflected in their health systems.
